Estimator
Turns your plans into a detailed, line-by-line estimate. Reviews drawings and specifications, gathers subcontractor pricing, and makes sure the number you approve reflects the full scope of work.
Operations Office Manager
Builds the systems every project runs on: schedules, documentation, permit tracking, and communication processes, so nothing depends on memory or a single inbox.
Project Manager
Owns your project from preconstruction through closeout. Manages the schedule, coordinates with your architect and designer, and keeps decisions tied to the design’s original intent.
Project Coordinator
Your day-to-day contact during the build. Tracks selections, submittals, change orders, and inspections, and keeps your client portal current so you always see what’s done and what’s next.
Superintendents
On-site every working day. Supervise crews, log daily progress, and keep your home clean, protected, and secure.

Our Story
Large-scale discipline, brought home.
Chris began his construction career in New York in 1994, where large-scale work demanded precision and accountability. He brought that discipline to Los Angeles in 2013, continuing his career on major infrastructure projects, including new metro tunnels for the city.
In 2020, Chris founded D&H Contractors with a new vision: shift from mega-projects to work more closely with individual clients, designers, and developers. The company has since built a team and operating structure designed to carry that same rigor into residential work.
Today, the value to clients is bigger than one person: a coordinated company with clear roles, shared information, and people responsible for every stage of the project.
