They are reliable and the work is consistently excellent. We have used them for projects big and small and they always exceed expectations. Chris is easy to talk to and communicates effectively throughout the process. It's hard to see us every using another contractor. Don't think you can go wrong.

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. We hired D&H for some pretty extensive home reno projects not long ago, and couldn't have been happier with the results. Not only did the job get done sooner than expected, and on-budget - which is crazy enough, given every experience I've ever had with any other contractors prior - but Chris and his team went out of their way to suggest tweaks and improvements to our original plans that saved us a ton of headaches and downstream issues, too. Their professionalism, and the care and consideration they gave us as their clients, were all well above and beyond our expectations, and we could not recommend them highly enough. Just absolutely the best in the renovation/construction game from where I'm sitting - six stars out of five!

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Working with Chris and his team at D&H Contractors was a great experience. The D&H team, communicated effectively and was part of the process when we were completing our stucco scope of work. Chris responded to our questions quickly when we were on site and when our stucco team needed anything, Chris and his team took care of it so our crew could continue working. We would highly recommend D&H Contractors to home owners and any subcontractors who are looking for a team who is there along side every step of the way.

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Chris has been great to work with and is always easy to communicate with. I grew up as the son of a contractor, and my wife and I have managed renovations on three properties ourselves, so we know what goes into these projects. Our new house is just too big for us to take on alone, and we chose Chris because we really liked his calm, practical approach to solving problems.
He takes the time to explain everything, plans the work in manageable stages, and is always looking for ways to save money or bundle projects together without cutting corners. He pays close attention to the budget and helps us think through the best way to get everything done.
Most importantly, Chris is responsive, straightforward, and easy to work with. We feel like we can trust him to take a lot of the stress off our plate and help make our dream home possible. We would definitely recommend him!

Have been lucky enough to have worked with D&H contractors over the years multiple times and have had nothing but positive experiences. I trust the team to come back with fair prices, solutions to issues that arrive, and to be both flexible and accommodating when it comes to timing. The very best part is that they have an incredible sense of style and taste so they give great advice and suggestions that are cost effective and look incredible. Truly the least painful way to go through a construction project.

D&H Contractors are the builders you will keep coming back to not only for their expertise, but because they are just as friendly as they are professional. They have lead the way on two full home renovations for my family. They deliver beautiful work and always on schedule. Which is a very big deal if you know contractors. I cannot recommend them more! “There’s almost nothing you can do in home construction that we didn’t tackle with D&H Contractors. At every step, they were communicative, flexible, imaginative, and capable. Chris was always able to present us with options and clarify the pros and cons of each. D&H Contractors were true partners in building our house. It’s worth saying that in home construction, it helps to like the people you’re working with. Chris and his team are the kind of folks you hope for.”

"The first time we met with Chris Doria of D&H Contractors, his wife was about to have a baby. (Like, already at the hospital.) Chris was so calm, attentive and focussed as we talked about converting our garage into an ADU. We were amazed! But that turned out to be Chris' super power: he listens, offers smart input and delivers what he promises. He's also super chill as he gets it all done, alongside his talented team. We LOVE our ADU and receive lots of compliments on the workmanship. Thank you, D&H!"

“As a real estate agent, I’ve worked with countless contractors over the years—but none come close to the caliber of D&H Contractors. Chris is the only contractor I refer my clients to, and for good reason. His craftsmanship is top-notch, his attention to detail is unmatched, and he approaches every project with integrity, care, and genuine pride in his work. He doesn’t just get the job done—he goes above and beyond to make sure every client feels heard, supported, and completely at ease throughout the process. That kind of care is rare.”

"I couldn’t be happier with the work D&H Contractors did on my home renovation. I always thought renovating a home came with a mountain of stress and anxiety but D&H proved to me that it can be easy and stress free. Chris and I set a date that my project would be completed and we ended up finishing a few days earlier. From start to finish, they were professional, reliable, and incredibly skilled. Every detail was handled with care and precision, and I felt really taken care of through the whole process."
